Basically you've got the ranks running from Bronze through Dragon (+ the bonus Clever Spammer) as you will have seen, which are determined based on your post count, but not even the oldest of us remember the post counts required to reach each rank.  It's meant to be a surprise when you see your rank change anyway, so just post normally and don't worry about them.

You should either add this information to the F.A.Q. (if you haven't already?) or make a sticky about this. This question is asked very often by people who just joined, I think it would be helpful for them. |

Ya, it's in the rules, but since these people are new and aren't reading them or take the time to find out without asking, I believe a sticky would be helpful in this situation. |

We have actually been discussing this for a while now behind the scenes, it's just taken us longer than expected to thrash out.  Good to hear you guys are keen for a bit of change too.

Indeed, we have now posted the Rsbandb FAQ, which has been in discussion for a long time (but probably longer than it really needed to be). Check it out here, it also has lots of other helpful info besides the post ranks.
