I really frickin love this thing. I've power-levelled from 64-80 in two days.

Two questions though; t what point is it advised to progress from level 2 into level 3 and what should I expect up there?

You should definitely progress, the only real difference is more and higher level creatures and nodes.I already go up @ level 71. There's no real downside TBH. More xp and st00f (My god the RuneSpan is so terribly OP)

The higher your level, the more you can access on the third level. You can access the third level at 66. Up to you when you want to go up there.
