i cannot defeat sigmund in the tower. it just uses prayer for whatever attack style you are using. i cannot spec so i have no chance of removing it. unless i go verc, which i do not have. is there anyway to defeat it without having to use barrows armor every time? it sucks that i cannot defeat a level 75. |

You need to pick up the ancient mace that appears on the ground. The special attack of it turns off his prayer. When you need a specific weapon to kill a boss, it will be on the ground. If you have the no special handicap, you can still use the special as long as you use the weapon off the ground. Come on trekkie, he's one of the easiest bosses.
