I suggest doing Slayer tasks. Trains two skills, and it helps you pick monsters If you dont want to do this, then those zombie's from Defender of Varrock is good training |

I also advise doing slayer, that's how I got both 99 strength and 99 attack. |

I would recommend using a saradomin sword. |
