If you are planning on getting into Construction and would like some ideas with respect to a great POH design, I have just recently perfected my house. I just spent over 20M remodelling my POH to come up with, what I think, is the best design for a POH. This design is for someone who wants their house to be efficient for a lot of different things. A lot of planning and expensive rennovations went into this design. I hope that by providing this, I will save you many millions of gp as well as save you from the frustration of trial and error. :oops:
