Hey guys I'm not sure if this still works but it did a while ago. If it doesn't work now just wait for the prices to stabilize a bit because they are still a little bit messed up from the free trade update. What you do is start off with around at least 2m and go to the island of neitiznot. Once your there enter the building across from the bank. There should be a person in there selling neitiznot helms. As i remember you are supposed to drop the helms and buy another one fast and pick up the old one until you have a full inventory. Once your inventory is full you run to the bank and note all of them and continue to drop them to buy more. When you are out of money go to the g/e and sell them for whatever price you wish as long it is more than you bought them for at the island. Like I said this used to work so test it out first. The most important thing to remember is to skill and get a random event BEFORE you go there because if you get a random event while you have helments on the ground you will lose all of them.
