| Post subject: | Best Monster for me to kill? |
Hey guys, I just recently decided to take a break from fishing rocktails for hours on end to get my combat up a bit. I'm only 92 combat - 73 attack 73 str and 70 def. What's the best thing for me (xp per hour)? Currently I'm doing yaks and it's okay, but they are way overcrowded. I don't really wanna do slayer right now cause of my task & I just want levels not cash - Thanks Sherdo |

Go into the fight caves with non-degradable armor. You don't even have to pay full attention, and if you're REALLY lucky, you'll get a fire cape out of it by accident! |

Bandits, lesser/greater demons, hellhounds, green/blue dragons, i could go on forever ^.^ if you would like more than visit the CC and someone can give you more to work with |

#1 Spiders on the 3rd lowest level of the stronghold of security are pretty good to be afk at, to make them aggressive once they lose aggressiveness, simply move to another room with them. You may want to bring a few bunyip pouches or some food, as well as potions. Bring good defensive armour as these hit often but are very weak. #2 Armoured Zombies are my favorite thing to kill for XP. I got my 99 attack there and it is pretty **** good XP. The reason being is because there is an altar just above the ladder leading to the dungeon where they are at so you can constantly use the piety prayer. On top of that, they are undead, so you can use the salve amulet for extra damage and more XP. With the salve amulet and piety bonuses, you are pretty much getting 23%(piety) + 20%(salve amulet (e)) = 43% extra damage! To access these you must have either completed or gotten to a specific point in the "Defender of Varrock" quest. Armoured Zombies are located in the wilderness, which was not a problem until the old wilderness made a return. Because of this, you can talk to Hartwin after the quest and he will escort you to the location of them, in a place that is not the wilderness, but looks exactly the same. You just cannot go past certain boundaries. I recomend using your best defensive armour that is not degrading unless you are willing to pay for it's repairs. Bring about 3 super potion sets, a few bunyip pouches (or food), and do not forget your salve amulet. While fighting these you may find that the use both melee and range. Using piety makes youu more prone to be hit, so if you do not mind being less "AFK" then use the protect from melee prayer along with piety. |

Ghouls are a good spot to train, There near slayer tower in canifis there got the same hp as yaks but are usualy empty they also drop charms witch is a bonus for your summoning. People have already said the other ideas iv had. zant twit idea on armored zombies would be your best go if your able to. |
