I did most of my firemaking outside of the bank in Piscatoris. That way I could take a break from firemaking and do a little monkfish fishing. My secondary place to train was edgeville. Good luck!

I train Firemaking at Mobilising Armies. It's usually empty, and the landscape is nice.

I do believe that one of the most efficient places is Fist of Guthix.

Grand Exchange has always worked for me.

I never saw how anyone could do firemaking efficiently at the Grand Exchange; it almost inevitably lags, there are far too many distractions and it's difficult to determine where to go from/to each time. I personally used Falador all the way to 99: you start directly outside the bank and you can't go wrong; I also never really understood why anyone chose to start from further back (therefore finishing outside the bank rather than starting there) as it's extra time and effort used in correctly positioning yourself.

It doesn't make a lot of difference which location you choose to use as there will only be a marginal difference, if any, between each one. I've never personally used it but Fist of Guthix sounds like it would be another good choice. Other possibilities that haven't yet been mentioned are Yanille and Port Phasmatys, though the landscape of the latter is a bit gloomy. :P

Grand exchange is only for if you really know what you're doing, otherwise I'd go with Fist of Guthix. I did 99 in Edgeville myself as it was usually empty and I didn't care much about the 100-300 extra logs I could have burned per hour on other locations.

Pest Control. Alot of minigame areas dont have random events so you wont be interrupted.

There really are a number of locations that work, all right next to a bank. I agree that the grand exchange can be crowded and cause you lag unless its quiet but it does have great potential for some merching while you burn logs. Personally I used Port Phasmatys bank with a Spirit Terrorbird, the amount of squares is just right for a full inventory plus the logs from the bird.

I have found Falador and Fist of Guthix are the best. As someone else said above, the GE is way to busy and distracting. At least for me... :P

Fist of Guthix Lobby, The ogre spa, piscatoris, or even just right in edgeville are all good spots. Or if you like merching then you can always firemake at the grand exchange.

I went from 92 to 99 at Falador (at the bank by the park). Ran the the houses by the fountain and would end up by the bank door.
