Current Lvls: Combat 80 Attack 62 Strangth: 65 Defence 61 Prayer 49 Range 55 Magic 66 I tryt o do most quests that I am able to do so I can wield most quest specific items. |

Dragon Full Helm or Helm of Neitiznot (quest item). That's what I would say to the best of my knowledge and with your defense level. |

If you have a lot of money, go with the dragon full helm. If you're a little short on money, go for the dragon med helm or warrior helm. If you've done the quest, use the neitiznot helm, it's probably the best rounded of them all. |

I mean, the Dragon Med Helm has slightly better stats, but is three times as expensive. Just wanted to get that out there.

60k isn't a terrible price for a bit better stats. It is only 40k. |

Helm of Neitiznot is the best for your level, if you haven't done the quest "Fremminik Isles" then go with the Dragon Med Helm |

well if he's done the first fremmy quest u can wear zerker helm...if he's done isles then he can do neit. other than that i would wear dmed though u rarely see them worn anymore  if your into stylish helms i would do the family crest quest and get a heraldic rune full helm  i wear them pking and they're great because there are several different colours you can choose from so its great to match any armour
