Sexting Case Repost

Had to repost because the video through which I found out about the story and that I shared, was deemed to vulgar by Shane. Anyway here's the story again, feel free to discuss. Although I think everyone will come to the same conclusion.

they want to drug the boy to compare the size?? seriously?

in about 6 months it would have been considered indecent exposure. They shouldn't punish a boy like this, this is sickening.

I believe this case should be dropped, if i was a judge i would. worse case make him do community service.

Really depends on laws, judge, prosecution, etc.
