To help the people on the forum better understand the problem, it is sometimes helpful to post some system stats. Like: Operating System: Ammount of Ram: CPU Speed and Type: Program Error is Happening in: Also make sure you have a good title, not vague, like "Help". Also anything else that could help someone diagnose the problem with your system. Also if you are unsure if a solution you are thinking of will work DO NOT post it or make sure you highlight that you are not 100% sure if it'll work. Shane |

I have helped out on various 'Help' forums over the years and as many are overflowing with questions but my time being limited, I automatically head for the questions with a title stating as clearly as possible the problem. Titles such as 'Help', 'Can I do this' or 'Problem', take second place to such titles as 'USB problem with W98' or 'PC reboots b4 windows loads' Remember the title is the first thing ppl answering see, please try to be explicit and not general, we already know it's a help forum so the title 'help' is rather unnecessary. |

I wish more people could be more specific in their problem explanation when they first post also. If you have already done something to try to fix it tell us! General help: Java Checker: Java Check Speed test: Speed test.net Flash: Flash checker PC Tune up: PC Pit Stop.com <- Very very useful in trouble shooting, and optimizing your pc |
