Player Moderator feedback

If you've wanted to express your thoughts on the Player Moderator system, this is your chance.

As part of my role I look after the RuneScape Player Moderators.

It would be really useful for me, and the P Mods, to hear your views about the team.

Are there too many P Mods or not enough? What should they do more of, what should they stop doing?

What is your perception of P Mods?, have you ever met a P Mod in-game or do you think they are rarer than a Torva drop?

How can we build the team for the future?, what should be the primary focus and what would you like to see in the team?

Now they've brought this up it's got me thinking there arent as many about as there used to be, cant think of the last time I noticed one.

Mmm, I saw one last week or so. We usually have one in Bits and Bytes chat often. They are around. Don't really see them do much, though.

i think pmods should have more power. veteran pmods who have been doing a good job for the past few years should be given more control. jagex will still have the final say but when the best thing you can do is just report somebody and pray for the best isn't that great.

it is like hiring a manager but his only authority is to give people a slap on the wrist. give them some more power, that would be better.

This is an interesting idea. The bad seeds tend to be weeded out for unmodly behavior. What power do they really need though? I can't see them being able to ban.

Does PMod status get revoked if a player becomes inactive? Hmm. Obviously PMods should be active to be able to contribute properly so I would guess that it should be looked into?

Usually when reporting policies change, mods are required to signify that they've read and understand the change. I believe those that do not respond are considered inactive and are demodded.
